The World Bank launched its first employment-focused development impact bond (DIB) to help people with job training and job placement -- especially important during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This short video explains how World Bank’s DIB is designed to tackle youth unemployment in the Palestinian territories, and features the experiences of two young women and their training in the health and engineering fields.
