Through subsidy funding and ongoing technical assistance activities, the GPRBA program has been demonstrating that output-based aid can deliver a diverse range of services and lasting results for the poor. Through a renewed strategic focus, more and more projects are developed using a mix of RBF instruments that leverage donor resources to maximize private sector financing. The GPRBA reflects the new emphasis on using different RBF instruments and a broader range of RBF mechanisms. Some of the results of the program are highlighted below.
