The Global Partnership on Output-Based Aid (GPOBA) portfolio of 30 projects delivered impressive results and reached a record number of beneficiaries.  The amount disbursed in fiscal year 2011 (July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011)--US$24.2 million--equaled total disbursements for the previous four years combined.

At the end of the fiscal year, disbursements totaled US$48.3 million, doubling the cumulative total a year earlier. The number of people reached by GPOBA’s portfolio rose to 1.9 million, an increase of over 1.1 million compared to fiscal year 2010.
