Kenya RBF and Affordable Housing Study
Overview
This activity's objective is to support the Government of Kenya through analytical work to expand its policy options on affordable housing. It also aims to help the government better mobilize public sector resources towards making housing more affordable, efficient, and equitable for lower-income households.
Status
The activity was postponed due to restrictions on mobility and in-person interaction in Nairobi related to COVID-19.
• Procurement is now underway for the firm that will undertake the study.
• Fieldwork is expected to commence following the August 2022 elections in Kenya.
