This activity assisted:

  • The design of disbursement-linked indicators (DLIs), including definitions, targets and verification protocols,and
  • Institutional strengthening measures required for the anti-poverty, private sector development and water management components of the Brazil Ceará PforR. GPOBA’s lessons learned were used for the Development Linked Indicators.

The  Development Linked Indicators  were  completed and part of the budget was returned as the project team used more staff time and fewer consulting services than what was originally planned.
